The West Des Moines City Council voted Monday to terminate its lease with the West Des Moines Business Incubator.Co-working space “Gravitate” partnered with the business incubator, but city officials became concerned over whether it performed as intended.The building, located in Valley Junction, will become city office space after Gravitate moves out.
